Compared to other materials, the 7075-T651 aluminum offers unparalleled benefits as it accepts corrosion treatments, in addition to being weldable and recyclable.

The 7075-T651 aluminum has consolidated its position as a reference in the manufacture of molds for plastic products and it serves from components for the automotive industry to elements for computers, pet, robotics, die making, automation, toys, among others.

The 90/110 aluminum alloy also features excellent machining and stability. It has a hardness between 90 and 110HB, which varies according to the thickness, and it is widely used in medium productions. Its specific weight is 2.80g/cm3, that is, 1/3 smaller than steel, which confers less wear and tear on the equipment and facilitates mold replacement.

Its thermal conductivity is 3 to 4 times higher than that of carbon steel, a factor that contributes to energy savings in injection processes.

The 5052-F marine aluminum alloys have a hardness between 40 and 50HB, which varies according to the thickness. It has good machining, weldability, and it is widely used in small productions. It is used in the manufacture of PP, PET, ABS, PVC molds and dies and in small productions of these products.

The Cast C330R aluminum alloy is a cast aluminum alloy of exceptional quality for the manufactore of molds, specially produced for plastic processing. Its hardness is between 135 and 145 Hb.
