We are strongly committed to citizenship and the construction of an increasingly fair society! Through actions that we have been regularly promoting aiming at human development, Coppermetal identifies itself with the cause and supports the organization Caminhando – Núcleo de Educação e Ação Social.
Caminhando is a non-profit NGO and of public utility. For more than 30 years it has been offering socio-educational services for adolescents and young people with intellectual and physical disabilities and hearing impairments aimed at improving their quality of life and promoting social inclusion.

Coppermetal has been awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate since 2007. The decision to implement ISO 9001 – Quality Management System – was made due to the new strategies and technologies that we want to implement in our company. We believe that growth is not possible without organization, optimized processes, operational safety, professional employees, and the aptitude to continuously provide products and services that meet customer requirements and current statutory clauses.

Coppermetal is concerned with fulfilling the code of conduct and the internal rules. That is why we have a complaint channel for all those involved in the business chain of the company: Suppliers, customers, business partners, officers, managers, coordinators, leaders, and all employees, regardless of their position. All to assist in the fight against fraud, corruption, and deviations of behavior in general at Coppermetal.
But rest assured: the process is anonymous and will be confidential during and after the investigation of the accusations. If you believe you have witnessed or experienced a situation that requires a complaint, report it.
